Candolim Beach

Candolim beach is located on the north side of Goa in the Bardez taluka. It is one of the longest beach from all the beaches of Goa. This beach begins with the Aguada fort and ends at the Chapora beach. This beaach in itself is Calm and peacefull, so many of tourist prefer this beach for relaxation.

Major Attractions near Candolim beach

 Aguada fort is the greatest attraction of Candolim beach which was built by Portuguese in 1912 for the fortification against the Dutch and the Maratha invaaders. Along with the fort the church, lighthouse and the Agauda Jail have  become a tourist destination places. This fort has two beaches to its northen side, that is Calangute and Candolim beach.
